Return & Exchange Policy
At Bodacious Bijous, every piece is crafted with love and care. While we hope you adore your jewelry, we understand things happen! Please review our return policy below:
You may return non-custom, unworn jewelry within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
Exchanges are accepted for non-custom items within 7 days of delivery. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will ship out the new item. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of item and packaging would be helpful to access the damage. We will make it right.
Note: handmade items will always have some imperfections. Damages refer to physical issues such as broken pieces, missing pieces or incorrect item.
Exceptions/non-refundable or returnable items
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Items returned without proof of payment will not be accepted.
📦 How to Start a Return
Email us at bodaciousbijous@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There will be a shipping fee associated with any returns. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
